The organisation has its head office at Monbijouplatz 10 in 10178 Berlin and is registered with Charlottenburg District Court, commercial registry number HRB 87722. It is represented by general managers Renate Schürmann, Dirk Schürmann and Björn Schürmann, who are authorised to represent.

The statutory professional designation tax advisor was awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany in Berlin.

The profession tax advisor is essentially subject to the following professional regulations: the tax consultancy law (StBerG), the ordinance for the implementation of the tax consultancy law (DVStB), the professional code (BOStB) and the Legal regulation of tax consultant fees (StBGebV).
